Does K Alliance offer a 14 day money back guarantee?

K Alliance offers a 14 day money back guarantee from date of receiving your course(s). No more than 1 cd can be opened for a refund. You must contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Packages will be refused if there is no visible RMA number on the package. K Alliance is not responsible for return shipping fees or packages lost during shipment. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?

K Alliance usually takes up to 24 hours to process and ship. Package arrival will vary on your UPS method selection.

Can K Alliance ship to PO Box or to APO address?

K Alliance can not ship to PO Box addresses. This is a policy by UPS and since we use UPS to deliver your order, K Alliance will require a physical mailing address. For all APO orders, K Alliance will use US Postal Service shipment method.

Can I share the courses with other employees or friends?

Each course purchased is a one user license only. Click Here for License Agreement.

Does K Alliance multi-user concurrent license programs?

Minimum requirements for a multi-user concurrent license is (25) twenty five training participants or more. If you are interested in Multi-user concurrent licensing discounts, have an learning lab and plan to install the courses on one machine with the intent of sharing the courses with more than one student, please call us for pricing.

Can my company purchase by Purchase Order?

K Alliance does not accept Purchase Orders on first time ordering basis if you are not an education or government entity. Net Terms must be 15 days or better.

Does K Alliance offer a exam pass guarantee for certification purposes?

If you purchase a bundle package that includes Self-Test Software, you are eligible for a 120 day no pass no pay exam guarantee. You must show proof of your Self-Test simulation certification exam of 95% or better at a minimum of 2 consecutive attempts. You then have 5 calendar days to take the actual certification exam. If you fail after the first attempt within 5 calendar days and received 95% or better on the Self-Test exams, you will be refunded 100% of the course purchase price less shipping/handling charges.

If I am new to I.T. certification, which courses are recommended?

If you are new and have limited experience with networks and computer repair, there are pre-requisite courses prior to MCSE, MCDBA or Cisco CCNA. You can take A+, Network+ and also MCSA certification courses. Our MCSA courses also include A+ and Network+. These are beginner courses for the IT administrator prior to MCSE or CCNA certification training.

How do I become a K Alliance authorized reseller?

Can I just buy the books or exam preparation software alone?

Yes. Exam preparation software by Self-Test software are offered at 30% below retail and books can be purchased on a individual basis. Please call if you are looking to place book orders to ensure that your order will ship promptly.

If I choose international shipping, am I responsible for custom taxes and fees?

Yes. You will be subjected to import tax and fees. We are not responsible for these import fees.

I haven't received my free gas card or ipod. When can I receive that?

Not all online orders will receive promotional items, unless specified in the comments. Some corporations and government entities do not allow free gift items for employees. Contact a sales rep for more information.
