Is hands-on, practical real world training emphasized in your training and practice sessions?

One shortcoming of many certification boot camps is a lack of real world, hands-on practice and experience. While many boot camps are more expensive than ours, few offer the level of skill building and hands-on experience we are able to provide to our students.

Many boot camps simply teach to the test and focus only on certification, without regard to the fact that students will need to apply what they learn in the real world workplace. These boot camps often sacrifice hands-on practice in order to cut down on training time and cost, but this approach is quite short sighted. After all, a potential employer will want to know not only that you are certified but that you have the ability to solve real world problems. IT managers often ask job seekers for specific solutions to common problems, so merely learning the test questions is not enough.

If I fail the exam or require additional preparation, can I take the class again at no charge?

Our program allows students to take all or part of a class again at any time. However, our hands-on, real world approach to training means that very few of our students will need to take advantage of this service. The ability to retake classes at any time has always been part of our guarantee.

Do you provide a money back guarantee? Are there any hidden fees or cancellation fees to pay in the event of unforeseen circumstances or a family emergency?

Our training program has no registration fees and no cancellation fees, and we do offer a 100% money back guarantee to our students. If students are dissatisfied with the quality of the training they receive, they are free to withdraw prior to the second day of the boot camp, return the materials and receive a 100% refund. If a student needs to withdraw during the class (for any reason), that student is entitled to take all or part of that class again at no additional charge. It is our desire to make your training experience work with your life, not take over your life.

Do you provide flexible scheduling and allow switching of study tracks?

Our boot camp classes offer unequalled convenience and flexibility to our students. Not only do we make our courses available in a variety of locations around the country, but we allow students to take a week or training at a time and then wait and take the rest of the training at a later date. This allows our students to attend to work duties, practice the materials they have learned, study for the next section or take the certification exam while the material is still fresh. We pride ourselves on our flexibility, and we strive to accommodate the unique needs of our student population.

Do you use experienced instructors? Are those instructors cross trained, or are they experts in only a single area?

All of our IT boot camp instructors are experienced professionals in the computer industry, and our instructors are cross-trained in several areas of expertise. This allows our teachers to relate the strengths and weaknesses of various products and present alternative solutions for a variety of real world problems. Do you provide job placement or intern programs to your students?

Many corporations and IT recruiters ask us if our former students are available for placement, but our policy is not to provide student names unless we have been specifically asked to do so. When we are asked, however, we work closely with the best agents in the industry to provide our students with high quality and appropriate interviews for which they are qualified, in the geographical area of their choice.
