PMI PMP Certification Boot Camp Training Classes

Five days of instruction at our PMP Certification boot camp take you beyond merely preparing for the test, you get skills-based training designed to help you reach PMP goals and develop real-world project management skills.

The Project Management Institute (PMI) sponsors this boot camp and will use proven methods to enhance your project management skills. By attending this course, you'll gain insight and knowledge of the standardized terminology of PMI, understand the life cycle of Project Management in the context of the PMI Process Groups, and build your skills and knowledge needed to pass the PMP certification. The PMP certification exam is a difficult, highly specialized exam, but we will teach you what you need to know.

In addition, you'll earn 35 PMP PDUs after successfully completing the course. This meets the PDU criteria for the PMP exam.

The PMP certification is a credential appropriate for Project Managers, IT Managers, IT Directors, Outsourcing Professionals, QA Managers, QA Directors, Application Development Managers, Application Development Directors, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, and Systems Architects.

PMP certification requires specific educational and project management experience as well as an agreement to adhere to a code of professional conduct.

Educational Background Requirement:

High School Diploma or global equivalent

Project Management Experience Project Management Education Requirement:

7,500 hours in a position of responsibility leading and directing project tasks plus five years of project management experience. Candidates with a baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) are required to have only 4500 hours and three years of project management experience leading and directing project tasks.

This PMP certification boot camp is an intensive five day course. You'll spend full days learning and work on with study assignments in the evenings. By taking numerous practice exams, going over reviews and doing written exercises you will master the material and be ready for the PMP exam.
