Join your fellow students in our PIX Firewall-based VPN lab which will help you remember important IPSec VPN principles. You'll work on hosting remove access VPN connections on VPN 3000 Series Concentrators using VPN 3002 Hardware Clients with digital certificates and Pre-Shared Keys and VPN software clients. You'll get hands-on experience with the software client's integrated firewall features as well as LAN-to-LAN IPSec VPN connections with VPN 3000 Series Concentrators. Other tasks include testing and configuring split tunneling, managing bandwidth, pre-configuring Cisco VPN Software Clients, customizing software clients, authenticating RADIUS and TACACS, and configuring Windows 2000s Server as Certificate Authorities.

The Cisco Secure Virtual Private Networks training class also demonstrates the new features such as SSL VPN and Secure Desktop in the 4.7 version of the Concentrator code. All these topics will be explored both in the classroom as well as in our exclusive labs.
