CVOICE - Cisco Voice over IP Training Classes

cvoice training classes
Get ready for Cisco's CVOICE Exam #642-432 with CBT Planet. The Cisco Voice over IP training class has been upgraded to give you an introduction to the latest VoIP technologies from Cisco as well as give you real-world skills and tools for optimizing your equipment for savings and performance. This Cisco-authorized course includes the required CVF v1.0 (Cisco VoIP Fundamentals) content along with the standard four-day CVOICE course.

Our CVOICE lab environment is a unique setting that emphasizes real-world labwork. You'll work on actual equipment and a simulated PSTN where you will learn how to build and test sophisticated IP telephony networks. No one comes close to providing the lab experience that we have.

In fact, our CVOICE hands-on labs have been improved so they include real dial plan and Class of Service. While in the lab, you'll use three different call protocols for configuring CVOICE Gateways as well as mastering traditional telephony techniques. These traditional telephony fundamentals take place during our extra day of instruction.

Choose the CVOICE training class for getting firsthand experience creating real-world connections to Key Telephone Systems, PBXs, and the Public Switched Telephone network. We'll show you how to configure router and gateway equipment for connecting to our public dial plan network. You will be comfortable using different call control procedures and protocols. By spending time both in the classroom and in our incredible lab, you will be able to practice what you learned in class and further reinforce your knowledge.

No other training facility comes close to offering a lab solution of this level. We have created a voice network lab using the latest software and hardware including ISR routers (2811s with PVDM2-32 cards are in use across the network) and IOS release 12.4.9T. All of our routers are equipped with 2xFXS, 2xFXO, 2xT1, and serial ports for WAN connectivity.

Because of our superior labs and extra course content you will be able to explore various traditional telephony connections including FXS, FXO, E&M, T1, and E1, work with the latest hardware and software, configure H.323 gateways and gatekeepers in both single and multi-zone environments, investigate router DSP configurations, configure both Session Initiation Protocol

and Media Gateway Control Protocol, learn about G.711, G.723, and G.729 voice coding schemes, configure Call Admission Control (three different ways), configure Caller ID, and configure QoS for voice.

Hands-on tasks including building and testing a real dial plans and configuring and testing all dial peers. Your dial plan will include 911, 3-digit service codes, 7, 10, and 11-digit numbers and international numbers.

We've made our simulated PSTN accessible from FXO and PRI ports - just like a real network. In addition, it is also accessible from all four clusters. You and your fellow students will create gateway connections to simulated PBX systems.

This CVOICE training class is also available for organizations that need to train at least six employees. The onsite Cisco Voice over IP training class is a cost effective choice where we send our instructor to your site.
