CWLAT - Cisco Wireless LAN Advanced Topics v1.0 Training Classes

The Cisco Wireless LAN Advanced Topics v1.0 training class will teach you about designing, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise wireless networks. This course is an instructor-led program that offers in-depth, instructor-guided hands-on labs. These labs allow you to learn how to design, manage and troubleshoot your enterprise WLANs using Cisco's Unified Wireless Network over the course of just four days of training.
During your stay with us, you will explore deployments based on lightweight access points, controllers, and advanced feature sets. You will also look at autonomous access points and the core feature set. The CWLAT training class lets you examine these concepts by working in a hands-on learning environment.
This course combines classroom components with hands-on labs. Our certified instructor will conduct lectures and demonstrations and teach you about the concepts in the classroom before leading you through various comprehensive labs. From seeing, to doing, you will thoroughly explore the products and solutions. The instructor is available during the labs to assist, sharing real-world techniques, advice, and technical know-how.
Make sure to come equipped with your own Windows XP laptop with a free 32-bit Cardbus slot, an Ethernet port, and a 9-pin serial port or USB-to-serial adapter. In addition, you need to have administrator rights for installing drivers for the wireless client used in class. Your participation in the hands-on labs is dependent on this equipment so be sure to bring the right tools along.
You'll explore Cisco Unified Wireless Network Concepts, how to implement the WLAN with Cisco WCS, the Cisco Core Feature Set, WLAN Management, Wireless Network Troubleshooting, and Cisco WLAN Security.
If you have a group of six or more who need this training, consider the onsite CWLAT training class. This onsite course becomes cost effective when you have at least six students involved.
