CBT Planet has taken two excellent Cisco courses (Intelligent Contact Management Product Training Part 1 and Intelligent Contact Management Product Training Part 2) and combined them into one exciting accelerated course. The Intelligent Contact Manager training class removes all of the redundant material, extends your instruction days, and emphasizes the most important features of Cisco's ICM (Intelligent Contact Management) system.

By taking these measures, we have compressed eight days of training into five days. You'll appreciate the time savings and the shortened format. You'll still get the same, high-quality instruction and hands-on learning that you expect, however it will take fewer days.

During the first half of your boot camp, you will look at Cisco's ICM system and its configuration, WebView reporting, basic scripting, and Pre, Post, and translation routing. The second half of the camp covers installing, setting up, supporting, and troubleshooting the ICM.

After you've installed and configured Cisco ICM software in the first portion of the Intelligent Contact Manager training class, you will work with a pre-configured IPCC Express to create the second Contact Center . You will install an IPCC Express Gateway PG to connect it. This installation introduces you to WebView Server, Historical Data Server, and a variety of additional products designed for Application Gateway and Database Routing.

You'll also take a look at the Cisco Support Tools, Support Tools Dashboard utility, and monitoring and testing utilities. In addition, you will work with various system alarms and events.
