ICMPT2 - Cisco ICM Product Training Part 2

Now that you've completed the introductory Intelligent Contact Management training course, sign up for our Cisco ICM Product Training Part 2 training class. This follow up course which is based on Cisco ICM Enterprise release 7.0 provides ICM system administrators, Cisco partners, and maintenance personnel the skills and experience required for installing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting ICM Enterprise Edition.

You'll start in the classroom with our certified instructor as you look at the deployment models, deployment planning, functional descriptions, ICM processes, and fault tolerance. Next, you'll take a basic design from Part 1's class content and build a duplexed ICM central controller with two contact centers. You will also create a basic SQL database to use for database routing, install required software, and set up your lab.

You'll take the knowledge you gained in Part 1 to configure and script, monitor and troubleshoot with command line, Support Tools, and a variety of troubleshooting aids and techniques.

Like Part 1, the Cisco ICM Product Training Part 2 training class combines classroom instruction with hands-on components giving you real-world skills that translate nicely into your organization. You'll spend your days in training learning and working, hands-on, on the realistic tasks you'll need to know in the real world.
