The Introduction to ASP.NET Part 1: Introduction and Web Controls
Computer Based Training CBT is the first course in a three part series that presents the learner with a
broad overview of ASP.NET and gives a comprehensive introduction to Web
Controls. This course introduces the learner to the .NET framework and also the
differences between ASP and ASP.NET, coverage of the ASP.NET platform and
features, core elements of ASP.NET - Web Forms, ASP.NET script code, and page
events. Additional topics covered are how to add server-side script to an
ASP.NET page, add event procedures to the page, Web controls, intrinsic
controls, input validation controls, rich, list-bound, and custom controls.
