Common Questions:
Q: Can the class outline be customized?
A: Yes. We can omit certain topics and add topics from other levels within the same course topic.
Q: Can K Alliance just come to our office and train for just 2 or 4 hours per day?
A: Yes. We can train for 2 or 4 hours, but we charge the full fee whether the training was only 2 or 8 hours. What we can do is break up the training into multiple sessions. For example, you can train the first half of the outline to group A in the morning and group B in the afternoon. The next following day, we train the second half to group A in the morning and group B in the afternoon. This allows the employees to receive their training in smaller portions and still keep office productivity.
Q: How many students can we train?
A: We have no cap, but we suggest to keep the class under 20 students. The more students you add, the more questions the instructor may encounter. This slows down the pace of the class and may cause the class to be non-satisfactory.
Q: What if I only have just 2 or less than 10 students?
A: We would charge the 10 student minimum. You may take our self-study videos for courses that are hard to find.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Once we confirm dates and instructor availability. We do not accept post pay on our onsite training.
Q: What time does the onsite class start?
A: Class starts at 9 am and usually ends around 4:30 to 5:00 pm. The instructor will arrive around 8:00 am to prep for the class.
Q: How can K Alliance guarantee class quality?
A: All of our instructors have been pre-screened. Each instructor will have a minimum 5 years teaching experience and have hands-on consulting experience with the software.
Q: Is the instructor local?
A: Most of the time we will send an instructor that is local. Some courses may require travel time and that is an addtional expense. If you are located in a metropolitan city, most likely an instructor will be available in your location.
Q: How much notice do you need?
A: At least 2 or more weeks.
Q: Are books included?
A: Yes. We will ship the books before the onsite and after payment has been received.
Q: Are self-study computer based training videos included?
A: Since K Alliance also develops self-study training videos, we do include self-study training videos for certain courses. For most desktop courses, we will provide computer based training (cbt) courses for each student.
Q: Do the students receive a certificate of completion?
A: Yes. Each student will be required to sign in before the class starts. Once we receive the list of names, K Alliance will print a certificate of completion for each student. Those are usually mailed out 2-3 weeks after the training has been completed.
