The PL/SQL training class has been designed for those application developers who are new to the Oracle RDBMS environment, and the course also provides those developers with a solid foundation which they can use to develop applications using PL/SQL. PL/SQL is the very lifeblood of virtually every Oracle application, making it an important concept for any student seeking employment in the database environment.

Upon completion of this foundation, the PL/SQL training class moves on to the relationship of PL/SQL to the Oracle database, the importance of building database level triggers, functions, packages and stored procedures.

Participants in the PL/SQL training class will also learn how errors can be propagated within the PL/SQL environment, and they will also learn important techniques required to deal with those errors. The course also includes an introduction to a number of built in Oracle packages which are part of the RDBMS package, allowing students to expand their knowledge of the concepts through hands on experience and work with real world PL/SQL applications.
